Phase I trials have task-intensive schedules dictated by pharmacokinetic studies and LabPas addresses these needs with workflow automation capabilities to help sites prepare for a study and streamline the clinical and laboratory processes during the study. With LabPas, clinics deploy wireless mobile computers to capture study data directly at the subject on forms designed to meet the specific needs of Phase I. Barcode labels for subject, dose and collection vessels are scanned and automatically edit-checked to assure the correctness of dosing and sample collections. LabPas captures pre-coded electronic source for dosing, draws, collections, vital signs, ECGs, physical exams, adverse events, and a variety of other data. LabPas also provides real-time data availability, key study metrics, and exports data into standard CDISC output formats for electronic data transfer.
