InForm Unplugged
The InForm Unplugged software module addresses the challenges posed by unreliable, slow or unavailable networks when conducting EDC-based trials. The InForm Unplugged module establishes a mirrored, standalone configuration of an InForm trial on a sponsor or site laptop, providing all of the data capture, query management and monitoring capabilities of the InForm product. At defined intervals, data and workflow information from the InForm Unplugged trial database is securely synchronized with the main InForm trial database, enabling offline or non-Internet-based sponsor and site participation in the EDC trial.
The InForm Unplugged software enables:
- Remote site locations with limited Internet access to participate and take advantage of the electronic-based features and functions of an InForm trial
- Bedside, operating room and ambulatory point-of-care data collection
- Complete monitoring capabilities available to mobile staff, anytime, anywhere
- On-demand and/or scheduled data synchronization
