Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by 30th April 2009. Conference cancellations will be subject to a £50/€75 service charge.
Cancellation requests received after 30^th April 2009 and no-shows are subject to full payment.
Substitutions from the same company will be allowed and should be sent via email to maria.sumner@phaseforward.com.
